OTM is Veteran owned and operated consulting organization, as I have spent the majority of my adult life in the Armed Forces.
Over the last thirty years of my life, I've had the pleasure of learning, growing and leading all due to the leaders and mentors that have laid the groundwork for my success both militarily and in my civilian life.

25 years experience in Fire, EMS, and Emergency Management. Multi agency experience in risk assessment, disaster planning, and continuity of operations in both public and private sector. Holds multiple certifications in Emergency Management.
