With over three decades of experience—including service in the U.S. Air Force, work in Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and more than ten years specializing in emergency management—I have been fortunate to learn, grow, and lead under the guidance of exceptional mentors in both military and civilian spheres.
Our mission at OTM is rooted in a commitment to service. We aim to share the insights and lessons we've gained to support organizations in preparing for, responding to, and recovering from emergencies. By passing on knowledge as our mentors did for us, we strive to build resilient communities and organizations.

Dave Stedt- Eastern Region Training Officer
25 years' experience in Fire, EMS, and Emergency Management. Multi agency experience in risk assessment, disaster planning, and continuity of operations in both public and private sector. Holds multiple certifications in Emergency Management. Dave has participated in multiple mass casualty events, tornados and large fires.
